I provide website design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance services ("Services") on a monthly subscription basis. The exact scope of Services is outlined in this document.

3. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.

  • If payment is not received, I may suspend or terminate your access to the website.
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice.

  • No refunds are available for completed services or partial months unless agreed in writing.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content you provide.
  • I retain ownership of any design, code, templates, or proprietary tools used to create the website until full payment is made.
  • Upon full payment, rights to the website may transfer to you as outlined in this agreement.

6. Responsibilities

  • You must provide all necessary materials, content, and approvals promptly.
  • Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • I am not liable for any loss, damage, or downtime arising from the website, hosting issues, or third-party services.
  • My maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the Services in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

I may terminate the subscription if you breach these Terms or fail to make payments. Upon termination, you may lose access to your website unless arrangements are made.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via email or on my website.

Monthly Website Service Addendum

This section outlines the specifics of the £79/month website subscription plan.

1. Included Services

For £79 per month, the subscription includes:

  • Website hosting on my chosen UK-based hosting provider.
  • Basic website updates (text changes, image swaps, minor layout adjustments).
  • Monthly backups of your website.
  • Email support for website-related issues (response within 48 hours).
  • Access to new features rolled out to all subscribers.

2. Exclusions / Additional Charges

The following are not included in the standard subscription:

  • Major redesigns or full website rebuilds.
  • E-commerce setup, payment gateways, or subscription-based functionality.
  • Custom coding outside the standard templates or features.
  • Third-party plugin or software costs (you may be billed separately).

Additional work outside the scope of this plan can be quoted and billed separately.

3. Support & Response Times

  • Support requests are accepted via email [or other preferred method].
  • Response time is up to 48 hours on business days.
  • Urgent issues may incur an extra fee if outside normal support.

4. Changes to Services

Services or features may be updated with at least 30 days' notice. Changes will not reduce your current service level without agreement.

5. Termination & Data Access

  • Upon cancellation or non-payment, access to your website and backups may be suspended.
  • You may request a full export of your website data within 14 days of termination.

6. Acknowledgment

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this document in full.
